Operations Manager

You’re responsible for the overall success of the operation — leading leaders, setting direction, and delivering results. From strategy to execution, you drive continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and long‑term performance while building a strong leadership pipeline beneath you. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, normal hours, no shifts.

You take ownership of the wider operation during your shift — coordinating Team Leaders, managing performance, and ensuring everything runs smoothly end‑to‑end. You balance people leadership with operational focus, driving KPIs, removing bottlenecks, and keeping the bigger picture in view. You will work 40 hours per week, in two shifts – 6am – 3pm / 3pm – midnight, Monday to Friday plus one Saturday in two.

You’re at the heart of the operation — coaching and supporting your team day‑to‑day. You’ll ensure productivity, quality, and engagement on the floor while creating a positive, high‑performing team culture. This is a hands‑on role where your leadership directly shapes performance and morale. You will work 40 hours per week, in two shifts – 6am – 3pm / 3pm – midnight, Monday to Friday plus one Saturday in two.
