Job summary

GXO Logistics in Heerlen is looking for a Team Leader to guide coordinators and warehouse colleagues in a fast-paced, international logistics environment. You will own daily operations, coach the team, and drive a high-performance culture with safety and quality at the core.

You bring proven experience leading logistics teams, strong English communication (Dutch a plus), and a proactive mindset to spot improvements and implement them.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams within logistics or a similar operational environment.
• Ability to motivate, engage and bring people with you.
• Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Comfort working with WMS and other operational systems, including automation.

What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Bring

• Experience leading teams within logistics or a similar operational environment
• A natural ability to motivate, engage and bring people with you
• Strong communication skills (English required, Dutch is a plus)
• Confidence working with WMS and operational systems including automation
• A proactive mindset - you spot improvements and act on them
• The ability to quickly understand processes and make them better whilst navigating within a complex environment
• Flexibility to work in a 2-shift pattern (06:00-15:00 / 15:00-00:00), including some Saturdays
