Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of planning experience in manufacturing.
• Experienced in Engineering Change Orders and work order management.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly S&OP meetings and align material requirements.
• Review customer orders for feasible production slots.
• Conduct readiness checks for production batches.
• Analyze missed On-Time Delivery (OTD) cases and classify root causes.

Skills

Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically SAP

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC)

Advanced level with Microsoft Excel

Understanding of lean manufacturing

Self-starter with strong communication skills

Education
