Job summary
A manufacturing company in Johor, Malaysia, is seeking a dedicated team leader for their factory operations. You will supervise the production team, manage daily workflows, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain cleanliness and efficiency in the working environment. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Engineering, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and be fluent in both Mandarin and English. This position demands strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate a team under pressure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in planning, fabrication works in office and production area.
- Good problem-solving skills with a positive working attitude.
Responsibilities
- Supervising the production team and managing safety.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and hygiene checks.
- Assist in factory layout planning and repairs.
