Job Summary: The Project Accountant is responsible for managing and tracking financial transactions related to specific projects. This role ensures that project budgets are adhered to, financial reports are accurate, and compliance with accounting standards is maintained. The Project Accountant works closely with project managers, finance teams, and stakeholders to optimize financial performance.

• Track project budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Prepare financial reports and conduct variance analyses for projects.
• Ensure accurate allocation of project costs and appropriate revenue recognition.
• Review and process project-related invoices and payments.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure financial compliance.
• Assist in audits and regulatory reporting related to projects.
• Support financial planning and forecasting activities for ongoing and upcoming projects.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in project accounting or financial management.
• Familiarity with project-based accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
