Job summary
A global logistics company in Malaysia is seeking a qualified individual to manage inventory reports, coordinate shipments, and facilitate communication. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or higher, be proficient in English and Malay, and have computer literacy. This position requires valid rights to work in Malaysia.
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher education required.
- Ability to communicate and write in English and Malay.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office is essential.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and generate weekly inventory reports.
- Disseminate updated information to warehouse operations.
- Notify on shipment discrepancies via email.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Coordinate rework/screening activities as needed.
- Update GR, SPT and NIT using customers system.
- Prepare bonded custom transactions.
- Update In and Out Custom Lot quantity.

- Prepare and generate weekly inventory reports and utilizations for the customer.
- Disseminate updated information from customer to warehouse operations timely and accurately.
- Notify customer and supplier on shipment discrepancy via mail.
- Respond to customer or related parties’ email promptly.
- Coordinate rework/screening activities as per supplier/customer requirement.
- Update GR, SPT and NIT using customers system.
- Prepare bonded custom transactions.
- Update In and Out Custom Lot quantity and number.
- Diploma and above.
- Able to communicate and write in English and Malay.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
- Possess valid driving licenses.
