Job summary
A leading global medical device company is seeking an Associate I in Procurement Operations to manage vendor master data. This role involves creating, maintaining, and ensuring quality data for the purchasing department while adhering to compliance standards. The ideal candidate has a university degree, 1-3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in English and Japanese. Competitive compensation and a collaborative work environment are offered.

- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience with an outsourcing or Global service organization.
- Experience in the Procurement/Sourcing domain is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Japanese (read, write, speak, listen).
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain vendor master data ensuring data quality.
- Validate requests for data completeness upon receipt.
- Coordinate with requestors and local teams for seamless service.
