We are looking for a dynamic Management Accountantto join our team.

Responsible for monitoring and reviewing daily transaction of the company’s account, prepares and assists in the preparation of financial reports and statements according to prescribed guidelines; performs related duties as required.

• Prepare full sets of accounts and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system to support audit and compliance requirements.
• Compile and analyze financial data to prepare accurate financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts, as well as monthly and quarterly sales summaries.
• Participate in quarterly and year-end closing activities.
• Establish, implement, and monitor accounting control procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities in a timely manner.

• Review and approve monthly staff claims, promptly identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
• Ensure timely payment of withholding tax and maintain up-to-date filing for tax agent requests.
• Review and process payment proposals promptly, ensuring accuracy of accounting entries.
• Perform and monitor online banking transactions to ensure accuracy in bank reconciliations at month-end.

• Prepare budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning.
• Analyze financial information—including monthly sales margin reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements—to recommend resource optimization, improve procedures, and provide strategic insights for business and financial decision-making.

• Ensure the filing system is regularly updated and maintained within deadlines.
• Assist with ad hoc assignments and other related tasks as assigned.

• Liaise with external parties, including auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other stakeholders.
• Liaise with inter-company departments, banks, and authorities on relevant matters as needed.

• Must have good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Account analytical skills and forecasting.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Degree in Account/Finance background or equivalent.
• Must have 3-4 years of accountant management experience.
