We are seeking an IT Support Engineer who will be responsible for both internal IT support and external project deployment. This position requires a hands‑on individual with solid technical knowledge in server setup, OS/VM deployment, and enterprise applications.

• Manage and maintain company’s internal IT systems, servers, and network.
• Provide user support for all internal applications (Microsoft 365, Teams, Ragic, etc.).
• Perform system monitoring, backup, and troubleshooting to ensure IT infrastructure stability.
• Analyze existing tools or workflows and help consolidate them into specific enterprise platforms for better manageability.
• Structured data forms or process flows with clear logic to support daily operations.

• Perform server installation, configuration, and deployment for customers.
• Deploy and configure operating systems (Windows / Linux) and virtual environments (VMware / Hyper‑V).
• Install, configure, and test enterprise collaboration systems such as Microsoft Teams, Ragic, and related solutions.
• Assist project team in system rollout, testing, and technical documentation.
• Provide on‑site or remote support to clients when required.

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, system deployment, or system integration.
• Knowledge of server setup, networking, and virtualization (VMware / Hyper‑V).
• Familiar with Windows Server and/or Linux OS installation and configuration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, or similar enterprise tools is an advantage.
• Good problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for project assignments when required.
