Human Resources Executive
Job summary
A well-known oil and gas company in Puchong is seeking a Human Resources Executive to support recruitment, payroll, and employee development activities. The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree and a minimum of 2 years experience in HR, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Excel and bilingual communication skills. This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Human Resource field.
- Experience in recruitment and payroll is essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Help in monthly payroll and process OT calculation.
- Identify training and development programs for employees.

Education
We are representing a well-known oil and gas company in Puchong. As they are expanding, they are looking for Human ResourcesExecutive to join their team.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, resume screening, scheduling interviews and job offer.
- Help in monthly payroll and process OT calculation and claims and also statutory contributions such as EPF SOSCO EIS.
- Identify and provide suitable training and development programs to employees based on their needs and career growth.
- Conduct performance appraisal and performance management to ensure the performance of employees supports the company’s goals and objectives.
- Maintain and update employee records for payroll, compensation and compliance purposes.
- Manage employees’ compensation and benefits packages.
- Stay updated with the latest human resource policies and procedures.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Human Resources field with experience in recruitment and payroll.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English due to business nature.
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
