Job summary
A global technology solutions provider in Penang seeks a Human Resources Shared Services Specialist. This role focuses on executing HR operations, maintaining benefits programs, and ensuring payroll accuracy. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of relevant HR experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Strong communication skills in English and national language are essential, with experience in HR Cloud Systems like Workday being highly desirable. Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR operations.
- Ability to communicate in English and National Language.
- Proficiency in additional language may be needed depending on support country.
Responsibilities
- Execute HR transactions relating to workers' life cycle or job changes.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company benefits and ensure timely administration.
- Prepare payroll reconciliation after each payroll cycle.
- Provide guidance and training to entry/junior level.
- Update site workers' data and provide reports for stakeholders.
