Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as HR Business Partner for Southeast Asia Pacific (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand).
  • Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organization design, and change management.
  • Translate business goals into people strategies and initiatives.
  • Drive performance management, talent management, capability building, and D&I initiatives across the subregion.
  • Advise and manage complex employee relations issues with legal/compliance support as needed.
  • Align HR policies, standards, and best practices across countries and the APAC region.
  • Lead recruitment for key positions; build strong external talent pipelines and manage search firm partnerships.
  • Deliver HR programs, trainings, and engagement initiatives.
  • Support compensation & benefits (benchmarking, pay structures, rewards) and provide data-driven workforce insights.
  • Partner with regional/global HR teams on projects and strategic initiatives.
