Job summary
A leading property developer in Johor, Malaysia is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive in Quantity Surveying. This role involves managing tender schedules, controlling project costs, and ensuring efficient contract management for high-rise residential projects. Candidates should have a degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Technology, along with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential. This position offers the opportunity to work within a renowned company dedicated to sustainable community development.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the related field required.
- Experience in consultancy or property development is advantageous.
- Experience in high-rise residential projects is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Establish and monitor tender schedules to meet targets.
- Minimize Variation Orders and avoid Extensions of Time.
- Ensure timely certification to suppliers and manage contracts.
- Complete Final Accounts accurately and on time.
- Facilitate competitive bidding and award tenders on schedule.
- Control project costs and maintain overall project budgets.
- Assist in preparing business plans and cost budgets.
