We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive, Logistics to manage, coordinate, and monitor both inbound and outbound shipments via freight forwarders and couriers. The role ensures timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with local and international trade regulations.

• Work with freight forwarders to provide logistical solutions in terms of quality, cost, and delivery lead time.
• Ensure accurate and timely flow of information and documentation to stakeholders.
• Review requirement plans and determines appropriate solutions to meet business needs.
• Provide administrative support to enhance the efficiency of shipping and logistics operations.
• Plan and manage inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring timely submission of necessary documents.
• Liaise with freight forwarders/couriers to secure competitive freight rates.
• Identify and source potential freight forwarders for business partnerships.
• Expedite supply solutions with freight forwarders for urgent scenarios (e.g., line-down or component shortages).
• Monitor and track freight forwarder and courier performance.
• Participate in resolving ad-hoc logistics issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the superior until full closure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
• Good communication and negotiation skills with freight forwarders and couriers.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
