The Head of Digital and AI Products will lead the strategic development, delivery, and lifecycle management of digital and AI-driven products and solutions across the organisation. This role is responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap, building and leading a high-performing product team, and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy and customer needs.

• Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital and AI product portfolios.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, design, and development to launch, adoption, and scaling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, marketing, operations, and business leaders) to deliver innovative and impactful AI-enabled products.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure product performance, customer adoption, and business impact.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital and AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
• Build, mentor, and develop a team of product managers and specialists, fostering a culture of customer‑centricity and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, AI ethics, and regulatory standards.
• Act as a thought leader and advocate for digital and AI products, both internally and externally.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles overseeing digital or AI/ML products.
• Proven track record of delivering successful AI and digital products at scale.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, NLP, computer vision, GenAI) and digital platforms.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology initiatives with organisational goals.
• Experience working in agile environments and leading cross‑functional teams.
