Job summary
A financial institution located in Kuala Selangor is seeking a qualified lawyer to manage legal documentation and provide support across various departments. The ideal candidate will have a law degree, be admitted to the Malaysian bar, and possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate and commercial law. This role demands a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is equipped with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to assess risks effectively.
Qualifications
- Admitted to the Malaysian bar and at least 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.

- Extensive experience in corporate, commercial matters, and cybersecurity.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with clients and vendors.
