Job Description

  • Responsible in marketing and sales of deposit products such as deposits, cash and trade management solutions and Global Markets products to Commercial Banking non‑borrowing and borrowing profile customers.
  • Work with borrowing team to grow deposits and coming up with events to drive deposit growth.
  • Build and deepen customer loyalty and satisfaction through word and deed: be a role model, quick to address defects and institute measurements and tracking.
  • Ensure maintenance of the highest possible standards of sales practices and investment advice for clients in line with UOB's advisory and sales processes.
  • Identify market opportunities for business growth & takes charge to implement sales programs to achieve the desired results.
  • Grow the portfolio by way of new client acquisition & relationship deepening through cross‑sell of appropriate products.
  • Be fully responsible and accountable for all the customer relationships under management by way of KYC and personally getting to know the top clients of the unit.
  • Exercise sound business judgement and, at all times, to safeguard the interest of the bank as well as that of the customers.
  • To ensure at all times, compliance with the bank's policies and guidelines pertaining to staff behavior, sales, products and marketing.
