Job summary

Maruwa (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Yield Engineer based in Melaka to optimise manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement. You will analyse production data and implement process improvements to boost product quality and throughput.

The role requires a degree in Process or Chemical Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments, plus strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A collaborative, data-driven mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

In this full-time position based in Melaka, you will apply your expertise in process engineering to drive continuous improvement and deliver top-quality results for the organisation.

Analyse production data to identify opportunities for process optimisation and yield improvement
