• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline is required.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in process or yield engineering within manufacturing.
• Familiarity with SPC and Lean Manufacturing principles is expected.

Responsibilities

• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process optimization and yield improvement.
• Process Design & Enhancement: Design and implement improvements to boost quality, throughput, and reduce waste.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and provide technical guidance to production teams.
• Quality & Process Control: Develop and maintain process control systems ensuring quality standards and compliance.
• Performance Reporting: Track, report on process performance and address operational bottlenecks.
• Continuous Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends to propose engineering solutions.
