Job summary

CGP Personnel in Ipoh, Perak, is seeking a motivated influencer marketing coordinator to support Xiaohongshu campaigns for Singapore and Malaysia clients. You will research and shortlist Xiaohongshu KOLs, coordinate terms and deliverables, and maintain an influencer database.

Qualifications

• Interested in influencer marketing and social media.
• Familiar with Xiaohongshu (RED) and its content trends.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese for day-to-day coordination with Xiaohongshu creators.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work in Ipoh, Perak.

Responsibilities

• Research and shortlist suitable Xiaohongshu KOLs / KOCs based on campaign objectives and target audiences.
• Reach out to creators and coordinate collaboration terms, rates, barter arrangements and deliverables within approved budgets.
• Build good relationships with creators and maintain an updated influencer database.
• Brief creators on campaign objectives, timelines, content requirements and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate product arrangements, content submissions, feedback, approvals and posting schedules.
• Review submitted content against campaign requirements and flag issues to the project lead.
• Follow up on deadlines and resolve day-to-day campaign execution issues.
• Maintain campaign trackers, creator records and posting links.
• Collect campaign results and assist in preparing performance reports.
• Work closely with the Singapore account team and Ipoh operations team.
