Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners Pte Ltd in Ipoh, Malaysia is seeking a proactive KOL & KOC Marketing Executive to support Xiaohongshu influencer campaigns. You will identify creators, coordinate collaborations and ensure campaigns run smoothly. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or those new to influencer marketing.

You will engage creators, track progress, and report results while working with our Singapore and Ipoh teams. Knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel is helpful for day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and candidates without prior working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Mandarin proficiency is essential for communicating with Xiaohongshu creators.
• Basic English communication skills are required.
• Familiar with Xiaohongshu (RED) and interested in social media and influencer marketing.
• Willing to work on-site in Ipoh and legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
• Experience in KOL/KOC marketing or social media management is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• KOL & KOC sourcing and engagement with Xiaohongshu creators.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns: briefs, timelines, deliverables and posting schedules.
• Track campaigns and assist in reporting; coordinate with Singapore and Ipoh teams.
