Job summary

CGP Personnel in Ipoh, Malaysia, is seeking a proactive Junior Marketing Executive to support Xiaohongshu accounts and digital campaigns for Singapore and regional clients.

You will coordinate with content creators, manage campaign calendars, monitor performance and help with client communications. Fresh graduates with Mandarin and English skills are welcome; this is an on-site role in Ipoh.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or 0–2 years of experience welcomed.
• Mandarin and English proficiency for coordinating Chinese content and client comms.
• Familiarity with Xiaohongshu/RED and digital marketing is a plus.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Xiaohongshu (RED) accounts and digital campaigns for Singapore/regional clients.
• Coordinate content calendars, posting schedules and campaign deliverables.
• Work with content creators to develop posts, captions and visuals.
• Review drafts for accuracy, quality and alignment with client briefs.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports; coordinate with teams.
• Prepare emails, meeting notes and progress updates in English.
