Job summary

Hytech in Malaysia is seeking a proactive KOL & influencer marketing specialist to drive brand awareness and conversions across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels. You will manage relationships with KOLs, negotiate terms, and collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align campaigns with brand guidelines.

Ideal candidates have proven influencer campaign experience, strong negotiation and analytics skills, and fluency in English; Mandarin or other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Great interest in the financial services industry.
• Experience managing KOL, influencer, or media buy campaigns.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with partners.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategy.
• Self-starter capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.
• LATAM market exposure and Spanish/Portuguese network is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, and content creators.
• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other channels.
• Negotiate partnership terms and deliverables with partners and agencies.
• Analyse campaign performance to improve ROI and reach.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align strategies with brand guidelines.
• Track trends and emerging creators to stay ahead in paid media.
• Serve as main contact for KOL partners and maintain long‑term relations.
