YonMing Auto & Industrial Parts (Pahang) Sdn Bhd seeks a Workshop Supervisor to oversee workshop operations, supervise staff, and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Preferably with experience in workshop operations or automotive industry.
• Preferably supervisory or team management experience.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Preferably computer literate and familiar with basic computer applications.
• Able to work in a team and manage workshop staff.
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain the Workshop and Maintenance at a healthy level under supervision.
• Supervise workshop personnel to ensure the quality of service.
• Supervise and improve the Workshop flow and Equipment; in charge of MSI.
• Arrange SE stock.
• Prepare the workshop analysis report.
• Other jobs as assigned by the Superior from time to time.

We are currently looking for passionate individuals to join our team as a Workshop Supervisor at YonMing Auto & Industrial Parts (Pahang) Sdn Bhd

Join Yonming and drive excellence in the commercial vehicle industry.

Supervise and maintain the Workshop and Maintenance in a healthy level under supervision.

Supervise workshop personnel to ensure the quality of service.

Supervise and improve the Workshop flow and Equipment.In charge of MSI.

Arrange SE stock.

Prepare the workshop analysis report

Other jobs as assigned by the Superior from time to time.

Job Requirements: -

Preferably with experience in workshop operations or automotive industry

Preferably have supervisory or team management experience

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferably computer literate and familiar with basic computer applications

Able to work in a team and manage workshop staff

Responsible, organised and willing to learn

Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
