Job summary

YonMing Group in Malaysia invites applications for a Service Advisor at YonMing Auto & Industrial Parts (Pahang) Sdn Bhd. The role focuses on service coordination, quotations, and workshop support to ensure quality vehicle care.

Fresh graduates are encouraged; performance bonuses, strict training, and opportunities for increments exist. Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Preferably with experience in automotive service, customer service, or a related field.
• Diploma or Certificate in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and servicing.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up repairing & maintenance pending issue.
• Daily key-in workshop job detail.
• General filing and administration jobs, eg: workshop whiteboard.
• All workshop report and related matter.
• Assist related to Workshop and Maintenance under supervision.
• Others job as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Job Requirements: -

Preferably with experience in automotive service, customer service, or a related field.

Diploma or Certificate in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.

Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and servicing.

Able to attend to customers' enquiries, understand their service needs, and recommend appropriate services.

Able to coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs with the workshop team.

Responsible for preparing service quotations, job orders, and service documentation.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.

Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
