Bosch Malaysia seeks a results-driven sales professional to manage workshop relationships in the assigned territory, acquire new partners, and promote Bosch automotive parts, diagnostic solutions, and workshop equipment.

You will identify customer needs, tailor solutions to improve workshop profitability, support campaigns, and drive adoption of Bosch digital tools while traveling within the territory and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Automotive, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with workshop customers in your assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Automotive, Marketing, or a related field.
• Working experience in sales, account management, or business development roles, automotive aftermarket, workshop, or technical sales experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused, self-motivated, and results-driven with a passion for sales.
• Comfortable with frequent travel within the assigned territory and possesses a valid driver's license
