Job summary

Tiong Woon Corporation Holding Ltd seeks a Workshop & Operations Executive in Seelong, Johor to support day-to-day workshop and maintenance operations, coordinate servicing, repairs and preventive maintenance for cranes, vehicles and equipment, and maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, inspections and certifications.

You will monitor servicing schedules, assist with spare parts, inventory and workshop consumables, prepare purchase requisitions, quotations and work orders, and

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative assistant or office support role.
• Experience in construction, crane, heavy equipment or transport industry is an advantage.
• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Meticulous, pro-active with positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day workshop and maintenance operations.
• Coordinate servicing, repairs and preventive maintenance for cranes, vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, inspections and certifications.
• Monitor servicing schedules and follow up on outstanding repairs and maintenance works.
• Coordinate with mechanics, drivers, operators, suppliers and external workshops.
• Assist with spare parts, inventory and workshop consumables.
• Prepare purchase requisitions, quotations, work orders and maintenance reports.
• Monitor and maintain records of workshop and maintenance costs.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of workshop-related records.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Workshop/Operations Manager.
• Undertake any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor and Manager.
