Job summary

TTL Sales & Rental Sdn Bhd is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead daily workshop activities and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on supervising technicians, coordinating tasks, and maintaining safety and quality standards across maintenance and service operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or automotive engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in workshop or machinery servicing.
• Strong hands-on maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supervising technicians and managing workshop workflow.
• Ability to train technicians in basic hands-on mechanical skills.
• Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and work under pressure.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
• GDL driving license is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations in the workshop to ensure smooth workflow and timely job completion.
• Coordinate and assign tasks to technicians, monitor progress, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.
• Train, guide, and evaluate workshop staff performance.
• Prepare daily reports, update records, and ensure timely submission of relevant paperwork.
