Qualifications

• SPM / Diploma / Degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in workshop operations, automotive servicing, repair management or related field.
• Prior supervisory/managerial experience is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, repair processes, and workshop workflow.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate technicians and support staff.
• Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, tools, and resources as required.
• Ensure all servicing and repair works meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Monitor productivity and improve workshop processes to increase efficiency.
• Maintain proper work procedures, safety standards, and safe working environment.
• Handle personnel matters including attendance, discipline, training, and performance.
• Attend to customer inquiries, provide service estimates, and ensure satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and workflow challenges.
• Monitor costs, control expenses, and manage inventory where needed.
• Prepare reports and provide updates to Management.
