Job summary

PwC in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Experienced Associate/Senior Associate to deliver workforce and HR transformation projects. You will analyze workforce data, support client workshops, and prepare presentations and reports, contributing to change management and organisation design initiatives.

You will work with Managers to run multiple workstreams, develop insights, and collaborate with diverse teams while progressing your career in workforce consulting.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in human capital, HR consulting, or related fields.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret workforce data and develop insights.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic project management skills with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client projects focusing on HR transformation, change management, culture, organization design, and workforce analytics.
• Collect and analyze workforce data, support client workshops, prepare presentations and reports.
• Contribute to change management plans and collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
• Learn from Managers and support multiple project workstreams to drive client success.
