Job summary

PwC South East Asia Consulting in Malaysia seeks an Experienced Associate / Senior Associate to deliver HR transformation projects. You will collect and analyze workforce data, support client workshops, and prepare reports while contributing to change management plans and organizational design efforts.

You will work closely with Managers, learn across multiple workstreams, and help ensure project milestones are met with strong collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in human capital, HR consulting, or related fields.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret workforce data and develop insights.
• Basic project management skills with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in diverse teams.
• Familiarity with HR processes such as talent management, organizational design, or change management is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Enthusiastic learner aiming to grow professionally in workforce transformation.
