Job summary

TDCX, Inc. is seeking a data and scheduling analyst in Kuala Lumpur to support daily resource coverage and forecasting. You will work with Operations to enforce adherence, collect and analyze data, and ensure accurate time tracking in line with company procedures.

The role requires a degree or diploma with 2+ years of related experience, familiarity with workforce management software, and strong analytical and communication skills in English and the local market language.

Qualifications

Knowledge in any Work Force Management Software is an advantage.
Ability to perform statistical analysis and produce analytical and informative reports.
Must have initiative, drive and work independently with minimum supervision and a good team player.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market.

Responsibilities

Manage changes to scheduling to ensure adequately daily resource coverage.
Work closely with Operations management to enforce schedule adherence and Aux code usage.
Collect, analyze and process operation data to generate forecasting matrices for efficiency.
Ensure hours are accurately accumulated and categorised per company procedures.
Coordinate with other analysts to ensure continuity of coverage and up-to-date stats.
Perform any other duties as assigned to support Quality Management System.
