Job summary

TDCX Group in Malaysia is seeking a data analyst to drive business insights through metrics, reports, and dashboards. You will develop KPI presentations, conduct market analyses, and optimize staffing for productivity and profitability across call centers and CX projects.

The role requires strong data visualization skills, experience with Tableau/Power BI, and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset in a fast-paced environment with flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge in data import for reports and dashboards.
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI for KPI reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel, pivots, formulas and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Provide business insight through metrics, reporting, and variance analysis from in-depth analysis.
• Prepare, develop and analyze daily, weekly, monthly reports and KPI presentations.
• Perform market analysis to support business decision making.
• Run and analyze reports with recommendations to adjust staffing for productivity and profitability.
• Review and analyze the effectiveness of existing systems and propose improvements.
• Analyze and present data via dashboards or file automation to aid timely decisions.
• Detail oriented, independent, proactive and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Carry out any other duties to support the Quality Management System.
