Job summary

TDCX in Malaysia seeks a data-driven professional to derive insights and drive reporting for our busy contact centre operations. You will analyze metrics, develop dashboards, and present KPI insights to support staffing and performance decisions.

Leverage Tableau and Power BI to build actionable analytics; collaborate with teams to optimize processes while communicating fluently in English and local market language.

Qualifications

• Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of experience in related field preferred.
• Experience with data import for report software, Tableau, Power BI, pivots and formulas, graphs and flow charts.
• Experience overseeing design, development, and implementation of contact centre operations.
• Strong prioritization and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local market language.

Responsibilities

• Provide business insight through metrics, reporting, and variance analysis from in-depth analysis.
• Prepare, develop and analyze daily, weekly, monthly reports and KPI presentations.
• Perform market analysis to support business decision making.
• Run and analyze reports to adjust staffing levels for productivity and profitability goals.
• Review and improve existing systems and develop strategies for further leveraging these systems.
• Present data in dashboards or automated files to aid timely decision making.
