Job summary

Confidential Careers in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Workforce Reporting & Analytics Coordinator on a 6-month contract to support workforce operations through accurate data management, reporting, analytics, and cross-functional coordination.

You will help leadership gain visibility into capacity, utilization, and key operational metrics while ensuring data remains accurate and up to date for leadership reviews and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in workforce operations, reporting, analytics, staffing, or related area.
• Experience in professional services industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, formulas, and data reconciliation.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with HR or MIS reporting systems.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with tight timelines.
• Clear communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and track workforce data to support leadership dashboards and reporting.
• Develop practice and country level reports for leadership reviews and committee discussions.
• Analyze billability, utilization, capacity, and leave trends to identify insights.
• Manage timesheet reconciliation in partnership with Finance.
• Own and maintain weekly MIS reporting with data accuracy.
• Support capacity and utilization tracking through reporting.
• Coordinate ad hoc requests across teams including Recruitment, L&D, and Career Development.
