Rolling Arrays in Malaysia is seeking an HRIS implementation specialist to independently configure HRIS modules, gather requirements, and drive project delivery with increasing functional expertise.

You will lead client workshops, conduct demos and UAT, deliver end-user training and documentation, and provide post-go-live support while ensuring alignment with SLAs.

Role Summary:

Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required.
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes.
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 2-4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
• Certifications: Workday Integration Certification (required).
