Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience in shared service environment preferably within human resources function
• Demonstrates knowledge or experience in human resources & cases management system - SAP/Workday
• Proven experience in similar human resources positions
• Proven administrative support experience
• Hand on experience with HR software, like HRIS
• Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for escalated HR queries from employees and partners
• Organise and maintain employee records in a HR Shared Services hub
• Coordinate administration for HR projects & participate in HR audits
• Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
• Manage Employee Life cycle processes as per approved guidelines
• Initiate Hire and create employee profiles in Workday
• Process Job changes in Workday (Reporting change, organisation change, confirmation, promotion, Transfer, etc)
• Process Termination and issue transactional letters
• Manage and resolve standard queries via Case Management system
• Maintain e-filing management system
• Support Senior & Team Lead as required
