Job summary

Businesslist in Malaysia is seeking an HR Operations/Workforce Administrator for a 6-month contract. You will handle employee data, onboarding, HR records and changes, while supporting Workday transactions and resolving system issues. A hybrid work setup and medical benefits are offered.

The role prefers 1–2 years of HR experience, with a tech-savvy mindset and strong analytical skills; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle HR Operations / Workforce Administration including employee data, HR records, onboarding and changes.
• Respond to employee and HR-related queries with timely support.
• Manage HR documentation ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Administer and support Workday HR processes and transactions.
• Investigate and resolve issues across HR systems with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional teams on process improvements and SOP updates.
• Support HR projects and ad-hoc initiatives as required.
