• Experience leading HR technology transformations in multi-country environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable HR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of Workday HCM Solutions stack.
• Consolidate and shape demand across COEs, LBUs, and HR stakeholders into a coherent portfolio for multi-year HR technology roadmap.
• Oversee deployment of HR technology programs from concept through deployment, testing to stabilisation.
• Establish and enforce design principles, architecture standards, and solution guardrails across all Workday initiatives.
• Align stakeholders across HR Leadership, COEs, LBUs, and Group Tech on priorities, timelines, and delivery expectations.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert across Workday HCM modules to enable design depth and transformation.
• Drive standardization of delivery methodologies, tools, and reporting; embed lessons learned.
• Advise the HRIS team on delivering high-quality solution deliverables and change records.
• Support testing and enablement by ensuring unit, system, integration, and UAT are completed.
• Stay current with Workday releases and industry best practices to recommend improvements.
