Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Services Leader to own the operating rhythm, service performance, and governance of our Workday HCM function in Malaysia and beyond. You will guide demand shaping, planning, and the end-to-end delivery of Workday enhancements and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Workday HCM and HR technology delivery across multiple modules.
• Leadership of delivery teams in complex, multi-country environments.
• Strong governance, release management, and quality assurance capabilities.
• Experience in embedding AI/automation into HR processes with governance.
• Ability to translate business priorities into executable delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating rhythm and service performance of the Workday HCM function.
• Lead demand shaping, planning, and translation into delivery and release plans.
• Provide functional leadership across Core HCM modules and Workday portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from demand to steady-state support.
• Direct quality assurance, testing, and artefact ownership for Workday configurations.
• Oversee complex Workday issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure governance, security, privacy, risk, and audit readiness.
