Prudential plc is seeking an Associate Manager, HRIS Support to deliver daily Workday and HR system support. You will handle user inquiries, resolve issues, and guide team members while aligning with HR stakeholders across LBUs to ensure consistent service and data integrity.

The role involves case management, Workday administration, data quality checks, and collaboration to improve user experience in Prudential's HRIS landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 4–5+ years of HR systems support or service desk experience.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or similar HRIS tools.
• Experience engaging HR stakeholders across multiple units/geographies.
• Familiarity with ticket management and SLA processes.

Responsabilités

• Act as the operational contact for Workday and HR system inquiries across the organisation.
• Manage cases from intake to resolution using established procedures and docs.
• Escalate complex/high-risk cases to HRIS SMEs or Leads promptly.
• Perform day-to-day Workday administration: user access, data updates, governance.
• Coordinate with LBU HR teams to resolve escalations and align on service delivery.
• Generate standard/moderate reports using Workday reporting tools.
• Participate in testing and validation for system fixes and releases.
