Job summary

Swarovski is seeking a Workday Functional Developer in Malaysia to translate business needs into functional Workday configurations and lead related project activities. You will partner with HR Operations and senior stakeholders to optimize the Workday Adoption Roadmap and train teams on best practices.

The role requires 3–5 years in a similar position, strong English proficiency, and hands-on Workday experience across modules, preferably Talent & Performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a Workday-focused role.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience across Workday modules, preferably Talent & Performance.
• Knowledge of HR processes and HRIS.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.
• Proven ability to train and advise HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Research Workday enhancements and ongoing education opportunities.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Configure Workday and implement new or improved solutions.
• Document changes and update training manuals.
• Maintain data quality and integrity in assigned area.
• Map business processes with stakeholders to optimize Workday.
• Advise HR specialists and managers on using Workday usage.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align Roadmap.
