Qualifications

• 2+ years HR or Recruiting experience.
• Workday functional experience is highly desirable.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a team-first approach.
• Ability to facilitate and present to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience translating business requirements into system specs.
• Interest in fast-paced, innovative HR technology projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR/HRIS or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Become a Workday champion and partner with your team and customers.
• Assist leads in gathering requirements, designing and prototyping.
• Participate in discovery, configuration, testing and review sessions.
• Configure the system to customer expectations and requirements.
• Provide timely updates to project leads on timeline and risks.
• Keep abreast of Workday updates and seek opportunities for growth.
• Communicate effectively on timeline, tasks, and responsibilities.
