Job summary

Sime Darby Holdings Berhad in Malaysia seeks a Manager, Workday Specialist to lead end-to-end Workday implementations across multiple modules, including Core HCM, Recruitment, Absence, Time Tracking, and Compensation. You will design, configure, test, and deploy solutions while maintaining data integrity and security.

You will gather requirements, build reports and dashboards, create comprehensive documentation, and collaborate with HR and stakeholders to deliver scalable, multi-country Workday

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years Workday implementation experience, preferably with an implementation partner.
• Experience across Workday functional areas such as Core HCM, Recruitment, Absence, Compensation, Time Tracking, Expenses.
• Excellent organizational skills, able to multi-task and set priorities.
• Agile with the ability to adapt to constant change through innovation.
• Regional project experience with multi-country and multi-language rollout.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirement gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Build, quality assure and maintain HR system functionality including Workday configuration and integrations.
• Create functional and technical documentation; build reports and dashboards in Workday.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and stakeholders to optimize reports and data integrity.
• Highlight risks and issues and ensure secure, scalable solutions across projects.
