Job summary

Rolling Arrays is seeking an experienced HRIS Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules for complex client engagements. You will mentor Associate and Junior Consultants and guide project teams to success.

You will drive functional solution design, validate configurations, and ensure adherence to best practices while collaborating with clients to resolve risks and optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–7 years of HRIS experience.
• Minimum 3 full-cycle HRIS implementations.
• Deep expertise in HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent, Payroll).
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HRIS module delivery and client engagements.
• Manage project risks and client concerns and mentor junior team members.
• Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality sign-offs.
• Document and share module best practices and lessons learned.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Configuration: Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios. Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization
• Client Engagement: Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns
• Quality Assurance: Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables. Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness
• Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project. Document and share module best practices and lessons learned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
• 4-7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations
• Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc)
• Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills
• Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required)
