Job summary

Logicalis Asia Pacific is seeking a motivated Workday Analyst to join our Global HR Systems team and support Workday administration across a worldwide organisation.

You will assist with maintenance, configuration, testing, reporting, and ongoing improvements, working closely with HR, Payroll, Reward, Talent, Finance and IT to ensure data integrity and a positive user experience for employees and managers globally.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business, information systems or related discipline.
• 1–2 years in HR, HRIS, payroll, or data administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Workday Administration & Support: provide first and second-line Support for Workday users globally.
• Data Management: assist with data audits, quality issues, and mass data uploads.
• Reporting & Analytics: create and maintain standard Workday reports and dashboards.
• Global HR Process Support: partner with HR teams across countries to support core HR processes.
• Document business requirements and configuration changes, assist with release testing.
