Salary: RM5,700 – RM6,500 per month

Shift: Permanent Night Shift

Location: Work From Home (Permanent Remote Setup)
Must work in Malaysia or relocate to Malaysia.

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and professional Bilingual Interpreters to provide accurate consecutive interpretation services via phone and video calls. This is a full-time, permanent night shift position requiring full commitment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate interpretation between English and the required language.

Handle telephone and video calls in consecutive interpretation mode.

Accurately convey meaning between speakers with language barriers.

Remain neutral, professional, and culturally sensitive at all times.

Use appropriate terminology across industries including:

• Government
• Insurance
• Finance
• Utilities
• Travel & Hospitality
• Emergency Services (911)
• Law Enforcement & Courts
• General Business

Requirements

Minimum B2 CEFR English proficiency.

Bilingual in English and the required language.

Must be able to read and write Chinese characters.

Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills.

Strong concentration and ability to remain objective.

Able to follow client instructions closely.

Able to explain cultural nuances when required.

Comfortable handling both simple and complex subject matters.

Able to work on a permanent night shift schedule.

Must be able to work in Malaysia or relocate to Malaysia. Work from home on a permanent basis.
