Qualifications

• Proficient in listening, note taking and accurate consecutive interpretation.
• Maintain neutrality and objectivity during calls.
• Able to work independently from home on a permanent basis.
• Ability to quickly establish credibility with clients.
• Strong cultural awareness to avoid miscommunication.
• CEFR English level bilingual with other languages required.

Responsibilities

• Provide language interpretation from one language to another for individuals with language barriers.
• Handle telephone or video calls on demand and render meaning in consecutive mode.
• Process information quickly, recognizing cultural differences and remain professional.
• Use appropriate industry terminology across Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Travel, and General Business.
