Job summary

MERITAR SUPPLY CHAIN MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is hiring a WMS Coordinator (Super User) to bridge warehouse operations with IT for effective WMS usage. You will gather requirements, document issues and train staff to ensure accurate data and smooth daily workflows.

Requires a Diploma in SCM/Logistics or equivalent IT background, plus 2+ years in WMS or 5+ years without a diploma. Proficiency in BM/English and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in SCM/Logistics with IT background or equivalent.
• 2+ years of WMS or warehouse experience; or 5+ years without diploma.
• Hands-on with WMS, receiving, picking, outbound and stock take.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between warehouse users and IT for WMS requirements.
• Log, track and follow up system issues to resolution.
• Prepare operation guides and train warehouse users on WMS.
• Ensure correct WMS use and accurate inventory data.
• Support stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate WMS upgrades, testing and process changes.
• Provide on-site hardware support and maintain knowledge base.
• Gather user feedback and improve warehouse workflows.
