Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Malaysia is seeking an experienced IT professional to drive WMS/ERP implementations, configurations and integrations within our logistics operations. You will translate business requirements into robust IT solutions and collaborate with operations teams to improve service delivery.

You should have 3+ years in WMS/ERP, a degree in CS/IT, and familiarity with SDLC and project management. Travel may be required to support projects across sites.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience implementing and supporting WMS/ERP systems.
Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
Understanding of supply chain and logistics operations is advantageous.
Solid grasp of SDLC and project management principles.

Responsibilities

Lead WMS/ERP implementations including configuration, build and integration.
Create and maintain technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop utilities, procedures, and documentation from business requirements.
Perform application installation and upgrades, including third-party integrations.
Collaborate with business/operations teams to translate requirements into IT solutions.
Drive operational improvements with cross-functional teams.
Ensure service requests and incidents meet SLAs.
